Deposits and Withdrawals

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 689bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by 689bd's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Account Suspension and Termination
689bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute; or a request by a competent authority. Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms or confirmed fraud, 689bd reserves the right to forfeit any real-money balance and all pending withdrawals held within the account.
You may close your 689bd account at any time by contacting 689bd support. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of active bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.
Amendments to These Terms
